Project Info
Our initial meetings with Oak Street Funding were solely focused on content and site structure. The sheer amount of information required and getting specific content to specific users was a known objective from the very beginning.
Their old site also already utilized a customer portal where clients could view/manage their loan information. The tool worked, however, it was obviously dated and some UI/UX decisions made at the time were limited and not at all responsive. Our goal was to maintain existing functionality while providing users new and more intuitive features.
